The Krewe of Nandi is thrilled to celebrate the 2027 Carnival season as we proudly roll along the official Westbank Mardi Gras parade route in a vibrant display of culture, sisterhood, and Carnival excellence.
The Krewe of Nandi Parade will officially usher in the 2027 Carnival season on Wednesday, February 3, 2027, at 6:00 PM.
The Krewe of Nandi offers more than a traditional Carnival experience — it is a distinguished sisterhood designed for women who value culture, connection, leadership, and community impact.

Our signature parade showcases an elegant blend of entertainment, creativity, and celebration featuring premier marching bands, dance organizations, and dynamic performance groups that bring the spirit of the Westbank to life. Guests and supporters enjoy exclusive signature throws, including the iconic Nandi teacups, specialty beads, and curated krewe keepsakes that have become a hallmark of the Nandi experience.

Beyond Carnival, the Krewe of Nandi is committed to cultivating meaningful relationships, elevating women, and creating lasting impact throughout the Greater New Orleans community through service, philanthropy, and cultural engagement.

The Krewe of Nandi Parade will begin at the intersection of Bergeron Road and Lapalco Boulevard, proudly following the official Westbank Mardi Gras parade route.

From the starting point, the parade will travel along Lapalco Boulevard toward Ames Boulevard.

The procession will continue north on Ames Boulevard in the direction of the Westbank Expressway.

Upon reaching the intersection of Ames Boulevard and the Westbank Expressway, the parade will turn onto the Expressway route.

The parade will proceed along the Westbank Expressway before making a turnaround at Avenue K and continuing westbound on the lower level of the Expressway.

The Krewe of Nandi Parade will conclude at the intersection of the Westbank Expressway and Garden Road.
